Meet Lulu!! World’s greatest puppy momma. Her and her 7 puppies were dumped in an elderly woman’s yard in Tx. left to fend for herself and babies. Now it’s mom’s time to shine! Approx. 1 1/2, Lulu has found out quickly her love for toys and running around. She is an active girl who can relax and settle after a long day with her humans. She is cat friendly and would do best as an only dog or with a laid back dog. Lulu will be ready for her forever home on March 1st.

Meet Sammy! This 5 year old is ready for his new home. A local surrender, this little guy has been through a lot. Surrendered at no fault of his own, he needs a home with no small children as he does not feel safe around them given his past. He takes a little time to warm up to feel safe and trust his surroundings and humans but quickly opens up, adores playing with toys and loves going for walks. He get so excited when his foster gets his leash for walk time! He would do best in a home that is quiet with no children. Dogs would be ok if they are smaller and laid back as he can get overwhelmed sometimes.

Meet Clio! This 8 year old Shepherd mix was local owner surrender as the owner was hospitalized and could no longer care for her. She spent 2 months in a shelter before going into foster. Now in foster, she is thriving! She is fully house trained and does not need to be crated at night. Clio is a shy girlie, takes her a few rounds to get comfy, but once she does, she is your shadow! Her foster says ”She will wait for me by the bathroom, head downstairs to help with me with laundry, and keeps me company while I work from home. She loves to lay right under my chair!” She is starting to show interest in toys, especially balls, and will entertain herself with a ball, chasing it and rolling it around, it’s so cute! We believe Clio lived with a cat in her first home, so people with dog savvy cats could apply! Clio does have a bit of a pushy playstyle with other dogs so Clio would do best in a home with out other dogs, or with a calmer, laid back pup that would be ok with dealing with her play style. She is great on a leash, wonderful in the car, and has a nice balance of fun and calmness!
